Return and Refund Policy

We accept order cancellation, return and refund or some solutions when the After-sale problems happen. Please read all the situation below:

P.S.: Return will only be accepted within 7 days after the tracking information showed"delivery", please pay attention to it.

1.Cancellation Policy

The Buyer has the option of canceling an order. But in some cases, different fees will be charged.
(Once the costume order is processed, all the fabric will be wasted if the buyer cancels the order, hope we can have your understanding)

A) If the buyer cancels the order within 24 hours, we will offer a full refund including the shipping fees;

B) If the buyer's order is over 24 hours and under 48 hours, the cancellation will result in a fee valued at 10% the value of the ordered product;

C) If the buyer's order is over 48 hours and under 72 hours, the cancellation will result in a fee valued at 20% the value of the ordered product;

D) If the buyer's order is over 72 hours and under 96 hours, the cancellation will result in a fee valued at 30% the value of the ordered product;

E) If the buyer's order is over 96 hours, the cancellation will result in a fee valued at 80% the value of the ordered product;

F) If the buyer's order has been shipped and shows "Complete" in the order status, we will not accept cancellation for the ordered item. And buyer needs to return the item and cover the return shipping fees for getting the order amount.

P.S.: Customized size items are not allowed to cancel after it ships. And we do not accept the return for customized size order cancellation either.

2.Costumes & Cosplay Shoes:

A) Your order is standard size(Men M, Women S, etc):

a) If you choose the wrong size after the customer service staffs confirm with you before we process the making, you will be responsible for return fees and all the taxes might happen for sending the item back to our side. Or we can offer you a new replacement by only charging you the remake fees(no profit) and the resend shipping.

b) If you choose the right size but we sent you the wrong size, we will be responsible for all the returning fees. And if you like the replacement, we will remake it for free and cover all the resend shippings
But buyers should provide photos or some evidence to our customer service staff to show we sent the wrong size.

B) Your order is Customized size:

a) If you provide the wrong measurements to us after our customer service staffs confirm with you before we process the making, we will not accept the return for this order. We only accept replacements making by only charging you the remake fees(no profit) and the resend shipping.

b) If you provide the correct measurements to us but the finished item is too large or too small compared with your measurements, we will be responsible for all the returning fees. And if you like the replacement, we will remake it for free, and we will cover all the resend shipping. But buyers should provide photo or some evidence to our customer service staffs to show us the measurements making problem.

P.S.: some costumes versions will be a little bit large or a little bit tight for making, we hope can have your kindly understanding.

C) We sent you the wrong item:

We will be responsible for all the returning fees. And if you like the replacement, we will remake it for free and cover all the resend shipping fees. But buyers should provide photos or some evidence to our customer service staff to show we sent the wrong item.

D) The Quality Problem:

a) if the quality problem caused by the wrong measurements provided or the wrong size chosen from the buyer, the buyer should be responsible for return fees and all the taxes might happen for sending the item back to our side. Or we can offer you a new replacement by only charging you the remake fees(no profit) and the resend shipping.

b) if the quality problem is caused by our side, we will take all responsibility for return and remake fees. But buyers should provide photos or some evidence to our customer service staff to show the quality problem.

P.S: As the damage or some problems might happen to the item during the shipping, if the problem is not serious, we hope we can discuss a win-win solution instead of return only.

3.Cosplay Props & Wigs

A) We sent you the wrong item:

We will be responsible for all the returning fees. And if you like the replacement, we will remake it for free and we will cover all the resend shipping. But buyers should provide photos or some evidence to our customer service staff to show we sent the wrong item.

B) The Quality Problem:

The main problem for Props and Wigs is damaged during the shipping. As this problem can not 100% be avoided, we hope we can have your understanding and we will provide the free remake and resend for the damaged part. Some photos provided for the damaged part will be helpful for us to process the remake.

4.Other reasons for return:

A)No longer needed---We will not accept the return for this reason which buyers change his mind, no longer needed, party canceled or something like that. We feel sorry for this part but we hope we can have your understanding.
