Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The Buyer has the option of canceling an order.
Please notice that in some cases, different fees will be charged.
(Once the costume order is under processing, all the fabric are using, it will be wasted if the buyer cancels the order, hope we can have your understanding)
a). Order time <24 hours, we will accept the cancellation and offer a full refund including the shipping fees;
b). Order time 24-48 hours, there will be a cancellation fee(valued at 10% of the whole order);
c). Order time 48-72 hours, there will be a cancellation fee(valued at 20% of the whole order);
d). Order time 72-96 hours, there will be a cancellation fee(valued at 30% of the whole order);
e). Order time >96 hours, there will be a cancellation fee(valued at 80% of the whole order);
f). The cancellation is not acceptable if the buyer's order has been shipped and shows "Complete" in the order status.
The buyer needs to return the item and cover the return shipping fees for getting the order amount.

*Customized size items are not allowed to cancel after it ships. And we do not accept the return for customized size order cancellation either.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: We accept return and refund or the other solutions if the After-sale problems happen.

*The return will only be accepted within 7 days after the tracking information showed"delivery", please pay attention to it.

*Following Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging,
The item that has been used or washed.
The item that smells of cigarette smoke or perfume
Item with stains

Q: What can I do if I receive the wrong size of the costume or boots?
A: Please send us the wearing photos to see the not suitable part first.

For the standard size
a) If you choose the wrong size even we confirm with you before we process the making,
you will be responsible for return fees and all the taxes might happen for sending the item back to our side.
Or we can offer you a new replacement, you just need to cover the remake fees(no profit) and the resend shipping fee.

b) If you choose the right size but we sent you the wrong size, we will be responsible for all the returning fees.
And if you like the replacement, we will remake it for free and cover all the resend shippings

For the Customized size:
a) If you provide the wrong measurements to us even we confirm with you before we process the making,
please notice that we will not accept the return for this order.
We only accept remake the replacement, you need to cover the remake fees(no profit) and the resend shipping fee.

b) If you provide the correct measurements to us but the finished item is too large or too small compared with your measurements,
we will be responsible for all the returning fees.
And if you like the replacement, we will remake it for free, and we will cover all the resend shipping.

*Please notice some costumes versions will be a little bit loose or a little bit tight due to the material or style

Q: What can I do if I receive the broken item?
A: Please send us the photos to see the problem part first.

a) For the costume and boots, if the quality problem caused by the wrong measurements provided or the wrong size chosen from the buyer,
the buyer should be responsible for return fees and all the taxes might happen for sending the item back to our side.
Or we can offer you a new replacement, you just need to cover the remake fees(no profit) and the resend shipping fee.

b)The main problem is damaged during shipping.
I'm afraid that this problem can not 100% be avoided during such a long international shipping.
Hope we can have your understanding and we will provide the free remake and resend for the damaged part.


Q: What can I do if I receive the wrong item?
