Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We can ship to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Canada, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Japan
If you are not in the area above, please contact us, we will check it for you.

Q: How long before ships?
A: ALL OF OUR ITEMS NEED TIME FOR MAKING.
Please do not misunderstand the shipping time including the making time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(base on the item) + Shipping Time(base on the shipping method)

Q: Which shipping methods do you have?
A: We have Expedited Shipping and Standard Shipping.

Q: Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
A: Yes, we offer package online tracking information once it is sent out.

Q: Can I upgrade the shipping method?
A: We are not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package during shipping.
The shipping fee depends on which shipping method you choose.
If you want to upgrade the shipping method, please contact us and pay the extra shipping fee before shipping.

Q: Can I change the shipping address?
A: We ship all orders to the shipping address which are provided by the buyers.
The buyers are responsible for submitting the complete address information required.
We are NOT responsible if the buyers offer the wrong address during the shipping.

Q: What is your tax policy?
A: The customs taxes can not 100% be avoided even we claim it as a gift and low value.
